We cut light strands to fit your home creating a custom fit display. Our goal is to help our customers fulfill their specific vision. We source high quality lights and supples that will shine bright for years to come.

Our service is all inclusive. We provide the lights, clips, cords, timers, and a bin for storage. You don't need to be at home on the scheduled date; just wait for the sun to go down, and your new display will automatically turn on.

We offer custom displays in Kirkland, Woodinville, Bellevue, Bothell, and the surrounding areas. Based on the East Side, we concentrate our efforts on the East Side only. This way, if a bulb goes out, we can quickly replace it.

Our product

For our light displays, we use LED C9 bulbs spaced 15 inches apart. Our standard color is warm white, but we can procure almost any color you desire. We exclusively offer LED bulbs for our displays.

Our LED retrofit bulbs are exceptionally bright, have a long lifespan, and are energy-efficient. Each bulb features 5+ LEDs and is easily installed into a C9 light socket, just like a standard incandescent bulb. While LED bulbs may have a higher upfront cost than incandescent bulbs, they quickly offset this through energy savings and their extended lifespan.


OUR PROCESS

  • Most estimates can be completed from photos. Simply send us a picture of the front of your house (as well as any other areas where you'd like lights) and provide a description of your lighting preferences. You can send photos via text at (425) 765-8730 or email us at office@nostreakingallowed.com. Please include your first and last name along with your address when submitting the photos.

    Upon receiving the photos, we will mark them to indicate the areas to be illuminated and return them to you with a corresponding estimate. If we are unable to provide an estimate based on the photos, we will get in touch with you to arrange a convenient time for an on-site inspection.

    Our estimates consist of three components:

    Custom Light Supplies: This covers the cost of the supplies required for your display. It represents your initial investment in a high-quality lighting setup. You only purchase the lights once and own them outright thereafter. We do not require contracts, and you are not obligated to have us install them every year.

    Installation: This is the annual cost for us to install the lights.

    Removal: This covers the cost for us to return in January to dismantle and store the lights. We organize and label the lights for convenient installation in the following season.

  • Once you are ready to more forward, you can "accept" the quote through the provided estimate link. Upon approving the estimate, you will be prompted to make a deposit for the supplies (a deposit for the supply portion is required to schedule the work). Typically, we establish a timeline for the work before the deposit is made.

  • Now that we have the supplies and a clear plan for your display, we begin the installation process. The best part is that we can install the lights whether you are at home or not. We configure all our lights with an automatic timer, ensuring they come on each evening at dusk.

  • If you are at home following the completion of the installation, we will demonstrate the lights to you and provide instructions on how to use the timer. We require the remaining balance to be paid in full, which can be done via check, credit card, or cash.

    If you are not present during the installation, we will send you a link via text or email to make the payment. We require that balances be settled in full at some point on the date of the installation. This allows you to view your lights that evening and complete the payment process.

  • Please let us know when you would like your lights to be taken down, and we will mark it on the calendar. On the scheduled removal date, we will dismantle the lights, organize them, label them, and place them in a storage bin. The bin will be left on your front porch, ready for the next season, unless alternative arrangements have been made.

We stand behind our work

We do our best to keep this process clear and simple. As part of our install fee we maintain the lights each season. With LED bulbs we will continue to switch out and dead bulbs each season that you use us. With incandescent bulbs we will switch out bulbs for the first 3 years after that we may require a re-bulb to continue swapping bulbs each season. We guarantee our work and if something doesn’t look right we are quick to swing back to swap a bulb or switch something around.

** Maintenance limitations**

We offer free bulb swaps, repairs and replacements of mini lights while under the 3 year warranty. All lights, mini lights, wreaths etc have a 3 year warranty. After that we still cover the labor to swap/repair but will have to charge for the supply cost. “unlimited maintenance” is only offered to our East Side customers. 3 year warranty and maintenance is valid only as long as lights are installed/removed buy Pane’N The Glass each year on a regular holiday interval. “Unlimited maintenance” is only offered on new installs in 2023 and beyond.
