The work

We are an interior and exterior window cleaning company. We primarily serve, low rise, residential customers. Focusing on the East Side. We hand clean windows, screen, sills and tracks. Some of our other services include pressure washing, gutter cleaning and Christmas light installation.

Although the job requires you to be active and on the move all day, it's not as physically demanding as traditional manual labor jobs and involves minimal heavy lifting. With all the necessary equipment, vehicles, and training, we provide everything you need to succeed.

the Hours/Pay

We generally start at 8am every day and finish between 3-4:30pm on weekdays only.

We generally do not work over 40hrs per week.

New, untrained, employees usually start between $20-$25/hour + tips. Those with previous experience or those that are trained in are usually based at $25/hour and have the opportunity to earn commission. Skilled workers are earning $25-$35/hr + tips.

An important DIFFERENCE

Unlike most NW window cleaning companies. We do not offer moss removal on roofs. So, you won’t find yourself hanging off a roof scrubbing moss all day long. We have continued to build our clientele to focus more on cleaning windows than anything else.
